Imbabala Zambezi Safari Lodge is an unspoilt wilderness experience, on the banks of the Zambezi, where guests rapidly become friends. Imbabala was originally built in 1987 and first opened in 1988. Despite being completely refurbished over the years, Imbabala is still a small unpretentious safari camp offering a true “African Safari Experience”.

Gorges comprises of ten beautiful stone and thatch cottages, dotted along the Gorges edge, in front of our luscious landscaped gardens. Each individual en-suite cabin is finished beautifully and boasts a private garden and decked veranda: the ideal place to watch the sunrise – or set – over the Zambezi. You can also look on in amazement, as black eagles and lanner falcons soar overhead. Gorges Lodge is home to an incredible population of raptors, as well as a stunning array of butterflies and wild flora..

The new luxury Victoria Falls Safari Club 20-room block is situated within the magnificent grounds of the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge resort, overlooking a private waterhole. This superb Club is set to be THE showcase accommodation at next year’s United Nations World Tourism Organisation general assembly to be co-hosted by Zimbabwe and Zambia.

The Club includes 4 majestic suites and will open in August 2012. It is a place where African history and the enchanting power of nature bring an atmosphere of exclusive African distinctiveness.
