Chobe National Park is probably Botswana’s next most well-known conservation area where the large herds of elephant can often be seen, mainly in the high season, as well as many other species of wildlife such as giraffes, buffalos and impalas to name a few. The bird viewing is also excellent with many migratory birds between November and March. It is a diverse area, from the border at Chobe River to the now-dry Savute Channel and beyond to the borders of the Moremi Wildlife Reserve.

A 1952 14a Class Locomotive 512 heads up the Club car, Dining car and Observation car, which have been beautifully restored by Rohan Vos of Rovos Rail. The jetboat ride itself lasts for half an hour before the cable car ride back out of the gorge at the end. The Upper Zambezi River in and around Victoria Falls offers professional and casual fishing to clients who are on holiday in the area. There are some fantastic fishing opportunities in the channels, small rapids and pools that this part of the river offers.
